6 Steps To Using Mist Mag As Face Primer

After my previous post on using Mist Mag as a substitute primer for Milk of Magnesia, some of you asked me to do a video or post on how to use it, so here it is:

Step 1: Moisturise your face. This in my opinion is a choice. If you have a facial cream which you use, that is better. Avoid using your body lotion on the face, especially if you have a sensitive or acne prone skin.

Step 2: Shake the bottle of MOM or Mist Mag before applying it on a cotton wool. Then DAB all over the face. (Do not scrub all over the face as though you are cleaning your face at the end of the day. You will end up cleaning the moisturiser off your face).

Step 3: Fill your brows.

Step 4: Now that you are done with your brows, your face would be white and scary (like that of a native doctor as in pictures 3 & 4 above)...don't worry. All you have to do is use your bare hands to rub some of the white residues of. Just like when you use your hands to blend foundation.

Step 5: Apply your eyeshadow, etc

Step 6: Apply your foundation. Blend preferably with a brush. MOM/Mist Mag works better with liquid foundation.

NOTE: # 5 & 6 above varies for different people. Some folks like to apply foundation before the eyeshadows and other stuff, so whatever works for you. Nevertheless, always let it dry out before applying your foundation.

  1. Prime Correct Corrects Redness + Pore-Minimizing Face Primer really rounds in and streamlines the dry patches and flaky skin and leaves a plush, delicate surface with the goal that your establishment coasts on equitably, yet remains on any longer.
